Massage Therapy
Treating acute and chronic pain, as well as supporting the maintenance of good health, using a combination of Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, trigger point, myofascial, cupping, and red light therapy.
Techniques
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles located deep beneath the body's surface. These techniques involve slow, direct pressure along the muscle.
Mobilization
Joint mobilization uses gentle, targeted movements to reduce stiffness and pain while improving range of motion.
Trigger Point Release
Trigger points are tight, sensitive spots in muscle that can cause local and referred pain, as well as reduced range of motion. Hands-on techniques are used to release them.
Myofacial Release
Manual techniques and cupping target connective tissue to help relieve pain, treat old injuries, and improve range of motion.
